How do you feel about the police?

I see you choose to not answer my question.
The problem with your few bad apples in the barrel theory is that the figures are reversed, as in it was a tiny few(1 or 2) who tried to blow the whistle while all the other apples covered for them. They have directly facilitated the rapes of thousands upon thousands of children, sacrificing them on the dual alters of social cohesion and their careers.
Even when retired safely on their pensions and untouchable they walked away leaving the children to their fate.
So I ask you again .....would you have done this?

 

Everybody who bothers to answer is going to say no. What's the point.
Those who did willfully help cover it up were wrong. Does it say everything about the police? No.

In this case yes. Can't you see that? What they did was the epitome of all the same.

I don't trust them blindly either, although that naturally depends on details like the exact cop and their behavior, and the situation.
But I trust most in my country aim to do their job as good as they can, which only is in my advantage. I base this on the far majority of my observations and personal experiences.
