i find yoga will exploit any imaginable feeling, physically or emotionally, I could ever have there is simply no exception, and that's the way it is I do kundalini yoga though and some people will tell you you could die if you try it ahahahahahahah
when I have physical pain I have learned to ignore it and block it out but I usually get pretty angry.. When I have emotional pain, I just am really quiet and sometimes sob silently to myself.. But the majority of the time I laugh or make jokes about it, thats how I deal with it most of the time...
