How Do You Cut Black Tar Heroin?

    Warm it up and mix in a bunch of crap. After cooking, the bottom of the spoon will have very nasty looking stuff . sometimes Quinine is used because it's a very decent potentiator for heroin and a good few other opioids.
    Lactulose is used because it's completely inert and readily available. how long does heroin stay in your urine
