We've been on that for a year.

I have one of those electronic ab stimulators. It's awesome. Get ripped and don't even have to get out of bed!

Strap that thing to your head, maybe you can get some home electro-shock therapy while you're lying in bed too.

I probably would be border line, as the full cream milk in those coffees is the big source of carbs nowadays, but we are talking 4 cups a day

I've tried the bulletproof coffee, its surprising as it does taste like cream and not butter, but its just meh, its not like sensational

Online a lot of the keto sites dont seem to empasize exercise all that much, if you are going to burn most of those 100g of carbs or so I day, I may be there or close to it

Havent brought one of those pregnancy test things to see if I'm in the pink, and probably wont bother, not all that fussed.

But apart from the coffee thing, I'm on board, you do notice the difference in energy levels and not being hungry, and you definitely notice how your body reacts when you try eat a bunch of bread all of a sudden

It says on the warning don't put it anywhere on your head. Everywhere else is fine.

Full fat cream on a ketogenic diet is perfectly fine for most people. It's low-fat dairy you need to avoid since less fat means more sugar (lactose) and thus carbs. There are relatively few carbs in heavy cream, and any insulin response brought on by the carbs is blunted by the high fat content.

Pregnancy test things... lol... The urine ketone test strips are useless..

I think I get periods of melancholy or sadness......but I am not diagnosed with depression......

for sadness, I flow with it....ride the feelings......do something.......talk about it..........exercise dogs.......eta a banana etc, as food is mood......or simply change the subject. Good luck.

walk around stores in winter time....some people get depression from lack of sun or some kind of light in colder months and they say the flourescent lighting of stores helps with that......

I can attest to the vitamin D! I take it during the winter, and it helps a lot. It doesn't replace the sun, but it makes winter more bearable.

Last time, I've talked myself out of it, but it was just feeling depressed, I think, not real, clinical depression.

I always ask myself why. I ask myself if I have a real problem, or if I'm just creating a problem in my mind. Like: am I blowing something little out of proportion?

Last time this kind of pep talk to myself worked. I left home, under the rain, walked many kilometers, talking to myself, crying a lot. In the end I kind of concluded I was blowing something out of proportion.

As usual, it was about my mother. She makes me really sick. Or should I think I make myself sick, because of her, or inspired by her? I wish I could just kill myself not to feel like I do when I spend time with my mother... and come April, I'll see her again...

I'll need a lot of self pep talk.

Darling, you may want to see a therapist about that.

I have found no absolute cure...but I find marijuana helps. That and listening to music I like and sometimes just finding some way to distract myself for a while. Doesn't cure it but makes it lesser for a time. I also find psychdelics help somewhat, seems to help me think of ways around it and helps with appreciation of things depression can make very dull and mudane...or sort of take enjoyment out of...a little hard to explain. I have tried excercise I do a lot of walking doesn't help that but I feel it helps keep my endurance up so I can walk longer distances while preserving more energy. I have also been in therapy and have tried some meds, thus far all the ones for depression where more trouble than they where worth.

11 years ago I worked out that skimmed milk was giving me haemorrhoids so I started putting butter on everything I are.It was about the time I read an article on the Nexus magazine website about margarine being a hoax. I had been a smoker for 18 years although I has a 6 month break where I was eating a fair amount of butter in the form of desserts. Whenever I tried to quit smoking I always felt suicidal. After switching to butter I finally kicked the smoking habit.
