How do I get my cousin to stop this

I found something very stupid, I hear it quite often. ''He's popular'', so? Beat him up, he's still a human being. Get a baseball bat and bust his knee or something if the situation get's really intense. If he continues but at a lower degree, call the cops I'm telling you. Like another poster said, you got and HAVE your rights, don't let the others control you, wether it's your cousin, family or friends. And you're ''family'' are so not a family, forgive me for saying that but it's the truth. You're still 15 years old and treat you like nothing? No, I wouldn't call that a family.

On another note, if you don't do anything to make him stop he might think that this ok behavior and keep doing it to his future girl friends, so if you can stop it at a young age he might not go to jail later in life for killing its partner.

they call this a learned behavior, your mother need a kick in the **** (sorry about the language) for instilling in all three of you that this is ok. and its not.

this is called child abuse, your mother knows and has not done anything, that makes it child abuse. no person anywhere should have to deal with violence.

Holy crap! I mess with me sister sometimes like throw pillows at her and crap, but never this. Thats bloody horrible. Swear up in his face and make him feel like garbage. Then call the cops. You better do something quick.

he punched a 15yr old girl in the FACE!!! call the cops!! dont wait till he does it again!!! just call the cops!!! how old is this guy anyway! you are protecting HIM? whos protecting YOU? call the cops this guy deserves some jail time were hell probably get some of what hes dishing out!!!

 

Most people who pick on people smaller than them are just people who get picked on a lot... and im not sure about hitting him back... if someone half my size hit me with a bat... as soon as i was conscience again i would go find/beat the fucking shit out of them...

 

and he wont go to jail most cops are very lenient on juveniles he will probably just get talked to and he will say he wont do it again and then beat the shit out of you for calling cops... unless he is over 18 then he will go to jail for a very long time but this would make your family hate you also either way for calling cops on your cousin

 

I dont know what the laws are where you live, but go to gun store or a large sporting goods store and buy some pepper spray or mace.
If he comes after you just give him a good dose in the face..

If you can't buy spray buy habanero peppers in the produce isle, rub them on your hands and then your hands in his face. Or put them in a blender, strain through a coffee filter and load a squirt gun. You can dilute it if you think its too strong, I recommend cat urine. Don't get it near your own eyes. No visible way for them to pin it on you but he will become a cry baby instantly. It will keep varmints out of your garden as well. The less violent approach of going to a teacher may be better.

 

I wouldn't do that. He'll be graduating soon anyway. I can handle him until then. If the need arises though i've got someone who can protect me now.
