How Do I Destroy My Sex Drive?

There is zero sexual activity in my life and I really feel it is damaging me mentally. I potentially have HPV (no test for men) which ruins any chance of getting any in the future. I don't want to want to have sex anymore when I am 21 and can still count how many times I've slept with a girl on one hand. How do I destroy the urge to have sex?

 

I think HPV usually clears up without too many problems. Don't worry so much. You also don't know that you have it in the first place.

But HPV does not always clear up. I mean yes it usually does after two years (which means I'm clean February) but not always. I'll always have to say "Hey girl, I may have this..."

 

You don't know that you have it in the first place. Maybe ask an STI clinic how to handle this.

 

Find someone decent who will really love you and stay monogamous. Shocking I know, but doable I know of a lady in my town who has had it since she was a teenager from her very first boyfriend and it developed into genital warts pretty soon after. She got married and had a child and is leading a very happy and respectable life with her husband who accepted her condition. Hers is controlled with drugs and outbreaks are rare when you take the drugs. I think the key is to be honest up front, you don't want to be known as the guy who gave a bunch of women a STD. That news will spread and you'll never be trusted again enough to find a decent partner.

I have been to the GP about this. There's nothing they can do. There is 100% no test for men so I must assume the worst.

 

If I thought it was "doable" I honestly wouldn't have written the original question :/ But I do appreciate your point. And believe me, I am very honest about it with potential partners. I would never be the one to spread something like that around.

Unless you had a partner who has HPV, there is no apparent reason for you to think that you have it

 

Wear condoms? Or maybe there's a pill that can cure melodrama.

 

My partner did have HPV.

 

Condoms don't protect against HPV. Or at least not 99% like for most STD's, more like 70%.

 

If there is no test, how am I supposed to know if/when it's gone?
