How Do Breast Implants Affect Breast Feeding?

This may sound like a strange question. But I have wondered for some time now: How do breast implants affect breast feeding?

I know the implants should have no direct effect on it, since they are placed well behind the actual [breast] organs. But does it make it uncomfortable in any way? In fact, do they make the productions of milk (whether or not you choose to breast feed) uncomfortable?

I've wondered this for some time. And I guess whatever the answer, men may never know what women go thru to look more attractive to the opposite sex.
