How did you find Hip Planet?

if by goggles you mean googles, then i don't know what's wrong with your google, but when i search for 'hipforums' the first two links go to hipforums.

 

Search engine is how I found it. I typed in "hippies" and, well, the rest is history.

I was having an arguement on line with a friend regarding nudist and hippies. He and I have been frinds for 15 years or so, but he is much more conservative than I am. After our arguement prove to be pointless, because he has his opinion and I have mine. I googled hippies and I discovered this site.

I have been home ever sense. It is wonderful to find a forum of open minded persons.

 

another forum (amitymama's) linked to a list of independant clothing stores that was somewhere on the hipplanet website, i clicked around on there for a while and ended up on the old hip forums. yay fun!

 

a link from a site that hasn't existed in the form that it did at the time for most of a decade now. it was called something like zenbizaar or zanzibar or something like that.

and i think i found that one from a site about the origeonal woodstock. not certain though as this WAS more then 8 years ago.

once upon a time a thread like this one existed bifore the big crash of whenever it was 2003 or so. when i answered it that time my memory was somewhat fresher about this then it is now.

I googled "long haired hippie boys" and the rest is history. Haha.

 

I mean it as in the old saying "the rest is history". As in, I found this place back in 2004, which equates to history.

 

Drew, I know it's been talked to death in other forums probably, but I mainly hang in the same places....why do the Feds wanna shut us down??

Humm Yeah but there is an entire thread on this and now I can't find it.

There's alot of stuff that goes on that is against this site that you are not aware of and it's stuff that is worked on so you can come here and the site is up and running.
Over the years it has been attacked and one time years ago we lost all of our pics too. I had a lot saved on my pc and sent them to people like my old friend sunangel in Poland. But most of us had to re post all of our pictures.
Some of us kept our old screen names and some of us switched to new ones. Like pink floyd was livesinaforest etc.

I suppose, but coming here isn't pissing an entire culture off at Americans and bear the fruit of militant extremism 10 and 20 years down the road. Coming here isn't ramming disproven propaganda down our throat to justify a policy that appears to be intended to secure access to oil by installing a friendly puppet government- spending billions in taxpayer money to ensure the viability of criminal giants like Exxon/Mobil.
