which would REALLY strengthen the dollar, and with proper custodianship of our corporate constituency we could come out of it as a nation that, omg, functions.

not going to happen, but, we can dream.

as far as i know, we are not able to pay off the debt. it is pretty much impossible. spending is not what the economy needs.
