god im so confused right now ive got so many things rushing through my head, i cant think straight about anything. maybe its not others but me, its like this bc of my problems not theirs....you know, im not even that confused about things, im just overwhelmed and dazed.
Alex, how I know how you feel. When you're in the greatest need, those who you consider good friends often step aside. I can't stand it when I'm going through tough times and the ones who I think will be there for me, just drift away.
Theres no bigger hurt than thinking someone is your friend then having them hurt you more than you ever thought possible. I'm going through that right now.
k I dont know you, but I try to find a lesson in everything. (of course the lesson is always realized after, the during part is always icky) Sometimes your friends turning away teaches you who your friends really are. Sometimes it forces you to figure things out for yourself. Sometimes it causes you to turn to someone you otherwise might never turn to, and you find or renew a relationship/friendship. Sometimes it just sucks but getting through it makes you a stronger person. Regardless, there are always people willing to listen and to care if you're looking for them. Good luck.
My solution has always been not to have any friends... j/k...you always have your HF family though, we love to listen.
boy, does that sound familiar........ In the end, we can only depend upon ourselves, so work on being comfortable there first. Friends, family or anyone that offers to listen is a blessing. They show up when they are needed in the form that they should

SWEET alex...................you know i am here and luvndrumn her pop goes in for surgery today!!!!!i am gonna call her tonight and let you know tomorrow if she doesnt get on. she was saying sunday night that she wouldnt be on that much this week and they arent TRUE friends. i have fair weather ones too. i have one in particular that has been very ignorant to me in regards to my current situation. but then he called cause he needed me recently and i made sure that i showed him how a true friend should act. i think he was touched cause he has called a couple times since

His friends could've helpeth him. He did ask me a few questions on this issue btw when he came up. a) If I'd help him, by sending friends, fine. b) If I send no one and, he makes it anyway, that would've been because God never gives you more than you can handle. c) If you dieeth, then your time has come. The real answer: d) You godamn kids take everything for granted. I get prayers asking me for a Charger "72, Pamela Anderson, winning lottery tickets... What do you people think I do all day? Can't you people ever do anything by yourselves? A lot of the shit you get is the one you made... Jesus Christ, sometimes I wish some of you took my job...
when someone made the comment "true friends never leave you" (i think it was penny)- they are correct. true friends are your friends through thick n thin. i only have a few true friends, but damn it, those wonderful people.... well, let's just say, i never have to doubt if they're really my friends.
