Hello, jepp, you are right. There is another problem -besides lazyness- at the moment. Due to wildfire risk we are not allowed to enter the woods in my area. So even if I would get my a* off the couch there's nowhere I could hike. It's getting silent outside at the moment and the sky changes colour. Maybe the long waited thunder storm is coming . Regards Gyro
How cold? This time of the year it's a pleasure posting the temp..... Cloudy, Warm, Muggy, 77° F :2thumbsup: Hotwater
a little too 'warm' some days, but mostly just right. (this time of year, may and so far, well into june) last year i was begging for winter to come back, well before the end of august, which of course it never did until well into october. but all of the seasons being late in relation to the planet's tilt and orbit, is something i won't object to as long as it stays like it is right now.
44 F Not too cold yet although we did have that snowstorm a week ago Sunday which was pretty cool considering how early it was Hotwater
I went kayaking a couple of weekends ago. I froze today. I think someone told me it was -5 wind chill this morning. Luckily, I got my cold weather gear together at the last minute. I hate this cold weather and shouldn't even be out there anymore...but...I am. I was supposed to be done 2 years ago but I'm still out there leading our team. I went to college to be a fucking doctor and I'm still doing this shit? I hate winter!!
well northern semi-desert tempertures normally go down with the sun, usually way down this late in the year. its been kind of spookily not that cold yet around here so far. only had one day i really needed my winter coat yet, and no serious storm weather so far. we had some nice odd storms in the middle of summer, but nothing to speak of yet this late in the fall/nearly and normally by now winter.
Hello, could it be that more people are kicking the bucket because of hot weather than of cold weather? It's much easier to get warm than to cool down. Regards Gyro
