It's 5 in the AM here...

 

We are at 28f at the moment. I went out to clear 7 inches of snow off the car covered by about a quarter of an inch of ice. Car is not going anywhere for now. In fact I don't know when I will be able to get out of my street parking space or out of our block since it is bowl shaped (uphill both ways). So far they have not plowed our street but when they do I may end up with snow piled against the car. Next few days it will be single digits with highs in the teens. I may be stuck here for the rest of winter. Woe is me!

 

37 but its supposed to get a bit warm today, finally seeing the one thing i was looking forward to when i moved down here. the warmer weather compared to the jersey shore.
not much warmer but enough for that snow to be rain and for that heavy coat to be a regular coat.

Big snowstorm in Boston, but it isn't that cold, about 32 F. We're getting ten inches of snow.

 

It's decently cold here.

Classes have been cancelled Monday and Today now.. due to snow and ice. I'm definitely enjoying this time off from classes :sunny: Drank a hefty amount of beer last night.. lol

 

It's nasty out there, a very light rain, and a lof of slushy slush that I couldn't avoid stepping in a couple big slush puddles. Not sure if it's better to step where everyone else has stepped or to step on the piles.

 

last night the city apparently decided to come and remove the giant snow banks, the street looks naked now. I wonder where they take the snow?

It's 29, feels like 15. all the clouds are gone and it's beautiful and sunny out, but the winds are between 20 mph, gusts of 35. there are a couple snow clouds in the distant hills if you're on the bridge. obvious snow there.

when I go to work tonight the "feels like" low will be 7 degrees :freezing:

I feel really bad for everyone that has wind gusts that bring them into the negatives...
It's not really that windy here normally so I'm hating this.

As we get colder tonight the clouds will come back. the next three days will stay in the low 20s and the snow should start friday night! I don't mind the idea of snow because it's another thing we don't usually get and the wind should slow by then.
