How cold is it where you are?

You are correct sir. Low later tonight will be only 64 looks like. Wind chill was crazy the past few days

 

depends on where you are, higher elevations colder of course.. my kid hes about 20min drive to Hilo.. warn near the water, but you can go into the jungle and its in the 60s, higher 50s, to the summit 20s..

 

Believe it or not. It does snow in parts of hawaii and it can hail anywhere when cold enough

 

Just heard it is freezing in 49 states yesterday. They didn't say which one wasn't but I assumed Hawaii.
I remember a few years ago it snowed in every state or some crazy similar number of states

 

It's freezing in central PA. These last few days have been hell. Two days ago my eyes wouldn't stop tearing up, and my tears were literally freezing on my face.

It's been getting colder the last few days. I'm in Southern California, but I'm somewhat inclined to blame the polar vortex!

 

was 55F last night its now 31F .. ice sheets everywhere with flooding risk.

 

-22C .....but after today forecast says back to normal


tradeoff is warmer means more snow

 

seriously cold right now. nine dog night and no dogs.
no idea in actual degrees. good heater but isn't filling the room with warm like it normally does.
no snow though. lots of perma-ice in a temperate northern desert.

heater set to 79f but only reaches 4ft into the room at that level. by the time it travels the remaining 13 ft, its still below 70.
don't want to set it any higher, its electric, and if it burns out in the next 3 days i'm really screwed.

also lows expected to remain in the teens for those 3 days at least.

37F and climbing to near 60 into the day..

 

Not too cold, -2C, but it's snowing and blowing out there. Ugh, I hate winter.

 

The day started at 3F degrees and we got all the way up to 11F. Wind chill has it well below zero. We might get above freezing on Tuesday.
