The forces of hate, racism, misogyny, and intolerance seem more emboldened than ever. Religion seems like part of the problem rather than the solution. Perhaps we need a resurrection of the message from the hippies from the 1960’s.

The hippies were merely part of the Cultural Revolution, and every country in the developed world has gone through its own version. I tell people it was practice for what is to come, because everything either changes soon or people will start to die by the billions. The original Cultural Revolution can be considered the Dawning of the Age of Aquarius, but a theory of everything will put it on a firm scientific foundation that can unite people around the world. This will never easy, but there is only one way forward, to actually share our words and try to play nice. Asking the people who elected Donald Duck president to embrace peace, love, and joy is a bit too much too soon in my opinion.

My own Rainbow Warrior poetry is extrapolated from the Tao Te Ching, is public domain, and can be improved upon and interpreted by anyone of millions of people who read them while, soon enough, computers will spit them out by the thousands, and it will become obvious to everyone what they say.

    Yes.

The only thing anyone can do is embrace peace, love and joy themselves, and treat the racists and mysogynists and assorted haters with peace, love and joy.

Life requires both love and sense of humor, so you might as well laugh more often, and see where it takes you. :)

In a perfect world I'm 100% with you on that.

But ultimately above all else, life in general is just a battleground and its in all of (probably) life's DNA to enact survival of the fittest - which like it or not that is how life evolves.

When something becomes complacent (happy, hip?) it becomes weak and then attacked by something more threatening, as proven countless times throughout known history.

Life's a bitch for sure. Just have to try live life the best you can.

No shit man - For those who have memories of back in the day (albeit through the daze) Protest ad Protect was just as relevant as Peace and Love

And so was freedom of speech, which entirely contradicts political correctness.
Bring back loose slangs for everyone; basically why is "Paki" seen as racist these days, when it has zero comparison to anyone calling a British person a Brit.
Hurtful feelings, eh. Proper, proper offensive words...

If you're white though then you're European lol.
I'm (pretty much) British, European, Human. Got the ethnicity DNA ethnicity results as well!
Brits kicked Germans ass, that is all. Good thing the Brits spawned the Americans or else all of humanity would be screwed.

Vodka here, lol, anyways, just checked what Huguenots means. Well:
I'm 1% Middle Eastern, 4% Italian, 8% East European, the rest of me is Scottish/Irish/Welsh/English. Like how have I not got any Viking blood in me! Suppose my bloodline is more rich in... urg that would make me a white supremacist or something. no wait, vikings were white... ha

Sometimes I am deeply disturbed by how evil people can be

But I am even more amazed at how loving and caring and kind and generous people can be.

And that's the only real solution I have, to seek the latter type of person out and strive to be that person yourself

Viking blood? You need to meet Pugsy. lol

We all have Interbred. Neanderthals have contributed approximately 1-4% of the genomes of non-African modern humans, although a modern human who lived about 40,000 years ago has been found to have between 6-9% Neanderthal DNA (Fu et al 2015).

  15. Reaching an equilibrium with nature is not a weakness, even if an aggressor can destroy you. And that won't make them fitter for survival. It only means, for the time being, they live.

    No one wants darkness.
But basically, when/if push comes to shove; the survival of your family or both theirs and your friends families survival?

Family, best friends, friends, local area, country, continent, in that order of preference for me.
Hitler was a hero for his time in Germany, just like Churchill was a hero of the Brit for his time during WW2. And yet Churchill these days is seen as Evil, despite probably ALL of our ancestors were racists - who defeated Nazism, and yet modern leftists call right-wingers as Nazi's now.
    Go figure.
    Divide and conquer.
Human civilisation is degrading, global warming = we don't stand a chance against mother nature.
Only the rich elites will stand a chance, and yet we bicker among ourselves.

Some of us - the uneducated and lowly poor, have managed to voice our thoughts like being able to turn on a computer. So things like incomplete sentences and half-formed thoughts aren't just restricted to the likes of the thicko white working classes, which these days seem to be exclusively referenced to black people that the middle-class people seem to only blindly happily promote for the sake of diversity, in the name of political correctness.
