how can i get a lighter? i'm only 14?

lol every one around here jacks lighters lol its mutual they jack ur lighter u jack thiers and it keeps going on chill out lol

 

I'm 18 and this fucker refused to sell me a lighter because he owns a Mac's convenience store in some ritzy part of town (typical suburb where everyone is scared). I was like "buddy there is no law that says you can't sell me a lighter, I can buy fireworks but you won't sell me a lighter?" He told me I have to be 19 so i walked out. Later that night i took my box of empties and busted them all over the parking lot for his sorry ass to pick up. there is no law but certain convenience stores will fuck you around, as in a more ghetto part of town I bought them in grade 7.

Oh well, I turn 19 on saturday but I refuse to go back to his store even if I'm in that hood.

 

just grab one from a convenient store or a 7-11 or something where they have the lighters in easy reach

and idk about where you live but here there are a few stores around that sell lighters/cigarettes to minors so you could ask people about that

or you could just peg for one and ask a random person on the street to buy you a lighter but it shouldn't be that hard to get on your own

 

I think youd be less likely to be ID'ed in a grocery store. you could even get one of those long firestarters. I get IDed all the time and im over 18.

Also dont jack from friends, i think its lame some ppl in this thread talk about intentionally distracting friends while pocketing their lighter. Thats a big dick move right there.

 

Walk into walmart, get a 5 pack of bic lighters for like $4.99, go to self check out or a cash, pay, leave.

I've only been asked for ID once and it was buy an asian place, every place I've gone has sold them to me. I'm 14 also, you just have to find a good store, one near my schoolw ill sell me cigarettes,papers,blunts,cigars,beer etc.

just go into gas station after gas station. they really dont care most of the time. 7 11 might though. go to any grocery store with a self check out lie somebody said above.

or just ask your buddy to buy you one before he takes off on the trip.

 

also dont your parents have a lighter somewhere in thehouse that you can just take

 

When I was looking for rolling paper I just tried evry shop, they all Ided me expect that asiant convenient store who sold me it without question. I came later that night for a lighter and he llet me buy one to!

no, they don't smoke or have it for any other purpose. it's kind of weird. my dad has been a deadhead for a good 20 or more years and i've never seen any signs of weed from him.

 

i'm thinking of buying one from a head shop in SF on haight st. i don't know if i'm allowed to say the name of the shop on hipforums. but do you think they'll sell it to me if i'm only 14? oh, and i also want to buy a pipe from them. will they sell that to me?

just go to a shitty gas station.
in these places the refrigerators are 95% alcohol and have blunt wraps ect. all over the counter.
if they wont let you buy..then shit theyre pretty easy to steal same w/ wraps and stuff the place next to my house has em behind the lottery shit so its fucking cake.

 

Yeah if somebody jacks me I'll jack them back, but would you honestly feel right about taking a good friends lighter and putting him in your position?
