How can a smell make a train appear?

  1. Sounds travel furthur in these conditions and can be heard more loudly.

In the middle of the last centuary. Extreme sounds, Light is refracted unusual bendings of lights beams. shortened or squashed
    streched
    vertically

Levitating or hovering like a bridge or a boat above water.

Your senses are cross-wired and obey Monty Carlo rules, modified Bayesian probabilities vanishing into indeterminacy if you want extreme accuracy and precision. Chance favors the unprepared mind, nature favors what comes around. Your brain evolved to figure out what to ignore, on the assumption you would figure out what to pay attention to.

these are both true, but what makes a train appear, is for people (not neccessarily human people) to have constructed its mechanism and the guideway upon which it moves.

The stochastic processes in the brain don't distinguish between reality and illusion.

we however, when communicating, have the option of doing so.

Conscious thought emerges from our emotions, meaning if anyone is to ever comprehend even their own thinking process more fully, they must first comprehend their emotions.

Like it or not, that's the neurological and even quantum mechanical evidence.

Scientists can already practically read a newspaper you are reading by just taking brain scans. They can literally take movies of whatever you are dreaming about, and have directly traced our conscious thoughts to our emotions, and established that grammar is related to the proximity of syntax within the brain, while English has two grammars and not just one.

not just human scientists on earth. which is what makes me an observer for alien science.
not of which makes an impersonal, statistical universe, any more personal in any sense of it.
that's what i mean't by what i don't find compelling, however subjective our personal experiences of it might be.

back to the subject of smells though, some can summon immages of certain kinds of things in my mind. very specific subtle combinations of smells.

and likewise, when i look at certain images, i can smell the scents associated with them. that my own mind associates with them that is.

(just NOT in the shared world, outside of my own head)

here's another thing i'm not sure sceintific consensus has caught up with yet,
but data structures inside the brain, are indipendent of spoken language or any other means of communicating them.

that's where paget was mistaken. or at least mine are anyway.

Asians use more parts of their brain for language, and language appears to have evolved as a way to use the same neurons that evolved for physiological purposes. At the most basic level of their organization, the mind and brain actually exchange roles whenever it is more efficient, indicating that the identity of mind and brain, energy and information, obey particle-wave duality and are conflated in the axions of the brain.
