    Japan dictates the pace of trade relations with Canberra.

    Actually, nowadays, it is Japan who dictates the pace of trade relations with Australia. Can't argue with our banker, can we?

    So, it can be argued as to who actually won the World War II, assuming World War II even ended to begin with... ;)
