yeah hope so, had bookmarked old url, old forum is still there but threads are from march somehow ? Hope everyone comes back, nice to see the regulars posting here.

 

I haven't been active in this forum before... but I am totally into yoga and meditation... it is incredible how we can discover our inner world!!

I love transcendental meditation, kundalini meditation and I do also teach some basic yoga to the international students of the university where I am guested now...

The weather was really cold and wet when I got here, but now its quite hot, the summer has set in.
