It's a bit of an odd request, but when someone I know goes away (especially overseas) I usually ask him to come back with a jar of honey. Honey is made with local flora and there are different ways in which it is prepared. A friend just came back from France with raw (uncooked) heather honey. Totally yum. When I was in Montreal last November I picked up blueberry honey. Anyone else here like the variety? Any good recommendations?
