I wasn't saying g dishonesty makes the recipient miserable; I was saying not being honest to your partner about your wants, needs, and desires, will make you miserable.

I don't mean to pry, but you seem to be kicking yourself for your failed marriage. I'm not saying it's her fault. Sometimes shit happens and it's no one's fault. But based on some of the things you've posted, I feel confident in saying it's not your fault.

Plus, you're young. You seem funny, genuine, and adventerous--what with the whole backpacking thing. You'll bounce back. Plenty of women out there
