Home Surgery/BB in my foot

you will let us know if it heals up, or falls off, right?

 

Of course...over the years I did mucho researcho on how to extract foreign objects from the bod....

Its all clean and happy, but I am concerned about the scar tissue thats still in the old flipper because I'm probably going to have a larger lump then pre-BB extraction. Home-Surgery part 2 will probably hit the theatres in 2006. haha

 

500 Hours post-op:

Yep, still looks pretty F'n gross...but the foot is in-tact.

no limp, no gangrene, no infection, no loss of motor skills if I'm grabbing a cap off of the table using my toes as a fingers...heh heh

Still can't recommend it though...

 

900 hours post-op for anybody still wondering about the BB incident...

The foot is fine, it'll be a bad assed scar and such, I've single handedly replaced all of my blood and I can hop up a flight of stairs on the formerly bad foot.

I'll post a 1200 hour shot when it gets here.....

 

Did the thing in your foot set of metal detectors when you went in airports? Just wondering...

fun but metal detectors would've been much better...

 

Final update...

This one is at 2016 hours post surgery...3 days ago.

All is fine now except for a nasty assed scar. The BB is gone & forgotten.

I still can't recommend that anyone do this at home...

 

Ugh... I had forgotten about his... you're a brave idiot. haha

 

I'm an advanced idiot...thats why I always put all the warnings not to do this at home...heh heh. Damn whiskey...

My foot does feel much better now though...

 

That's good... the top of my foot hurts, like the big bone thing that comes down from your big toe... It feels bruised or something, but I haven't hit it or anything. And I never wear shoes, so I know it's not from that.. I don't really have an arch on my foot, so that might have something to do with it.

 

I'm glad it turned out allright.

 

Is it just one foot or both? I can recommend an excellent home surgeon if need be...heh heh

Does it hurt when you stand, walk, press on the area or all of the time? Wait 2 days and see if it still hurts...if so, get it checked out! My home RX days are over! haha...unless I get BB'd again...

It's just one foot. My wrist gets kinda sore like that sometimes, too. My mom's got really bad and she went to the doc and he said it was a Gangleon cyst... it's not like dangerous or anything... it's just from being strained or something, I think. Some get bad, some don't. They just stuck a needle in her wrist and drained it, because it's just all this fluid that gathers or something... it's weird. That might not be what's on my foot, though.. I don't know. I can't afford the doctor...

 

Roughly 6,384 hours post surgery....all is well except for a chunky looking scar....

 

Logicalway, you truly are the king of kings. Hey, I got an idea! Why don't we get pass out drunk together, and you can cut off my broken middle finger?!??! Sound good?

 

Maybe you can pass it off as your parasitic twin.. It would still be fun at parties.....
