Met a guy back in early september just 4 days prior to being served with divorce papers. Weve been hot and heavy, eager and insatiable since. We are now going to upgrade from futon to a big boy bed. Next be might consider a couch. Funny i just happen to have a spare. With so mjch time away i am running myself ragged so i need to ease my obligations at home. He said at my request that he would put his own wording of imy talk with my husband and son. Given his ability to use words; a natural, and educated, as well working as a corporate lawyer itll be interesting to see what he comes up with. This will be revealing. Btw....he rejected me initially, or so i thought. He quipped back and i didnt hear him. Later he saw me alone walking to my car from the blues fest downtown on the embarcadaro. It has been rock and rolling from the start.
Have fun, but guard your emotions. That first fling after a split is a doozy. I have sweet memories of mine. But, I could have gotten all wrapped up emotionally and gotten seriously hurt. Embarcadero....are you in my area?
Oi Vey, guard your emotions? By now both you and her cry at toilet paper commercials, Muh huh huh, why cant the little puppy just catch the toilet roll! Both of you would have balled your eyes out when Noah said to Allie "it wasn't over, it still isn't over" ( I know I did ) That is, she's going to get "hurt" if the little puppy doesnt catch the toilet roll, i.e no matter what she or you for that matter does anyway. So why not just go have a good shag.......get sommmme The scariest part of the post for me was "futon" seriously?
Ok, I don't get the Noah/Allie reference. At all. (ETA-looked it up. FFS, who gets that involved with characters?) So you missed there. But the word is "bawled" if you mean cry. "Balled" is slang for ....getting some. Which might be the better course of action. Guarding emotions is useful. Helps you make same decisions. It's pulling on the masculine side, something I'd think you'd understand. Misogyny is crap. Why are you buying in so deeply?
And where exactly is the misogyny? You are both female, cos I dont take your side on this one I hate all women do I? Seemingly when It comes to The Notebook, I sound more girly than you do Corporate Lawyer, so he's no doubt well groomed, knows how to wear a suit and splash on expensive cologne, they get it on, she cums a dozen times, he only once or twice...but he's the one using her for sex, that kind of mantra?.......too soon after divorcing the douchebag husband she's wanted to smash in the face with a frypan the last 10 years. Commie Marriage talk
IN the last 2 years I've had enough regular sex partners, it's almost like relationships, so there is no "first fling" syndrome with him. Second it can't be :too soon", because I've spent 12 years figuring out what I want by being constantly exposed to what I don't want. Lastly, this is the real deal, folks. He takes time off lawyering to spend his money traveling to find good waves to surf. H'es given up being employed to have fun, like bartend in Teluride, or be a homeless beach bum in Austrailia. His hair is to his shoulders, and he lives minimally and low maintenance. Like me, he buys a lot 2nd hand. He drives an 1984 volkswagon van. There is an amount of power and influence in his work, and he makes more money than he needs or cares about. It's his choice to work 3 hours a day and live on that, but for right now, they've got him 12-16 hours a day, so you know he's stocking it away. Yet all it does is make him hold himself up with confidence and sexyness. No other flaunting is his style. We are doing very well. Its a super happy time.
When I first saw this thread my reaction was "Oh God, here we go again" I'm wondering who the hell you are trying to impress around here with the above. Calgirl, I doubt anybody really gives a fuck anymore, I know I sure don't.
It's hard to be objective when you're all over the place complaining about our attitude about that you are all over the place. So that's why I recommend keeping it here so only the ones who might care or are impressed can be bothered with it :2thumbsup:
Um, all over the place? Not sure what you mean. Complaining about attitude is a natural state of forums. You do recognize that is what you are doing about me, right.
Well, remember when we posted lots of fun replies a while back when you caused drama in other peoples threads. That's what I was referring to. Yes, sharing certain info on a forum makes it logical to get such natural reactions. Nothing wrong with that by definition. When someone can't seem to deal with those natural reactions and get in a dramatic mood is when I think please at least keep it in your own thread. That's all I was trying to say. I did not criticize/made fun of you until you took your personal matters and confronted us with it outside your own thread.
Oh that. I like to expose those that deserve it. It's important all members know the truth about us all.
In the end, no matter how much it annoys some of you, this guy is great in many ways. And despite your prejudices toward me, just recognize that you know nothing NOTHING about me at all. If you were even remotely right, I highly doubt I could score this well.
