well listen. i was walking to the quarry and the paramedics/cops.etc. came. asked me some questions. theyre gonna come back then. but i could not stay there. i have panic attacks and im feeling one coming on.
Call someone you know. Panic attacks tend to be less worse if you are around friends and/or other people you know.
thank you amanda. im glad someone understands where im coming from. and thank you for helping me on msn too. right now im doing the breathing thing to calm myself down.
arjan... i have very few phone numbers right now and i tried to call two but no answer. i will be okay. dan will be home soon.
ok, you realize you're having a panic attack, so you've got a good chance at fighting it off. i'm not going to tell you to stay calm because i know how useless it is. just try to get control of your breathing. just focus on your breath, that's all. force yourself to breathe slowly, long, deep breaths. you're going to get through this ok. we're all here for you.
Did you get some crime scene pics? Man this is way cool, killings bring out the best in people, well most anyways.
Randy, I like you. But, that was completly insensitive of you. I mean.... there is a time and place... of fuck it... you'll never learn.
As tough as you seem to be and considering you live in crime ridden pa, a simple shooting should be a cake walk for yas, I hope so anyways. But yea, do try to get a few pics and tell them the buster snet ya!
at least he didn't ask you if you went out to look for body parts. how are you doing, you ok? i don't know you, but i used to get panic attacks too. just keep breathing slow. stay on the computer with us until dan gets home. you've done the right thing, and you're going to be ok, so just hang in there.
What, this should be like on the morey show or whatever the fuck is on at like 2 am........very DRAMAtic!
thanks again kitty. he should be home in 15 mins. i think im doing a lot better. i mean, im not OKAY but i am... if you know what i mean. and randy... crime ridden pa? well, i live in a quiet/peaceful place right in between two cities (well, ones a town, ones a city).... i have never seen something like this. ive had guns to my head...three times actually. but im never seen a single person get shot until now.
Did ya have the vid camera out, faces of death is always needing new footage and I promised not to make anymore myself....so if you got some footage we can talk business.
Hey Trish, I just got off the phone with you a little while ago, I am glad you are doing better. I don't think I would have stayed outside either, for the fear of being shot as well. I would do the same thing you did.
Trish, I'm truly sorry to hear about your ordeal! Whatever emotions you've described going through, is very much normal. I would freak out too myself should this happen to me as well. Damn!! 'specially considering the odds of witnessing such an event!! You should also rely on your judgment whether you should aid the injured but at the same time your life depends on the choice you make! You helped at least by calling 911 so this oughta give you some reassurance that you did something. I hope you'll come to a complete recovery from the shock. You should talk about your feelings with someone who will listen. Loo
Trish, I caught the one when you thought your nieghbor was dead and we were helping you debate if you should bust in his place...damn you have a lot of intense drama...was there any others between this and that one?
I sure as hell would not go outside unless it was my family being shot. In fear of being shot myself or held hostage I would jsut call the cops.
