I wasn't aware I was talking to lawyers. LOL This is a informal conversation and I'm not doing it in my first language.

So yes I emailed my brother and his response was that a birth certificate could be a code and that it wouldn't surprised him if there was trading of birth certificates. As he wrote, "gouvernements trade in many things that is consider stupid things." But he would have to do some more searches to find out what is exactly.

I do not consider myself canadiEN but Québecois. But that is of no difference. We all have our perceptions of things.

You're not. But when somebody starts a thread entitled: "Holy fucking shit !! We're all Slaves" and then posts a clip where it tells us that Americans (and Canadians) are on the Stock market and...well, you know the shpeel. And then go: Actually I have not looked into this and I'm not sure it is the same with Canadians.
I just wondered why you hadn't looked into it before trying to scare the shit out people.
