I think everyone is missing the fact that this is a JOKE. There is no way this kid is serious, and if he is let natural selection run its course. Does anyone really care what the kid has to say?, has he seriously offended anyone?, and has he made anyone laugh? The answers I believe would be no, no, and yes. Let the kid do his thing whatever it may be. If he is bothering you I think there's a block feature; use it.
