Yep, but we rock. :cheers2: Something I also like about holidays here is that the idea of exchanging gifts is non-existent, people mostly just go out and try to have fun.
There are a few, but mostly they are Orthodox. We celebrate both Christmases, 25th of Dec and the 7th or 6th of Jan I think..but the later is more official.
Yeah, we celebrate both Christmases too. We celebrate every Orthodox, Catholic and Muslim holiday. Kids in Bosnia rarely go to school cause there's always some kinda holiday
Haha awesome, its kinda the same here if not worse...I've gotten several holidays back when I was in school because the national football team was playing.
It is obviously if we get days off because of it haha, man its almost the same country..I am having second thoughts about switching places with you now
haha.. We watched a football match at school once in year 6 (5 years ago)! I remember everyone came in England colours and David Beckham was captain of the team, Michael Owen was the other popular player.
Wasn't expecting that really, I have went to see them only a few month ago for the first time (I think i posted the pics here) and they were better than I expected. Where would you go if you were a tourist in Croatia?
Yeah, I remember those pics, they really were good. Umm...Lets see...I'd definitely go to Dubrovnik. Its kinda expensive during summer, but totally worth it. Oh and Hvar. The whole island smells like lavender, its so calm and breathtaking. I love it and miss it so much
