    6 months after reading the first two, I've finally got the money together to buy The Amber Spyglass :D Anyone else love these books?

    I read the trilogy a while ago, good books indeed.


    Phillip Pullman has some talent.

    my sister has them all, so i stole them and they are great :D i bent the cover though and she was well pissed off, girrr. book covers are meant to be bent is shows they are loved

    Man I love those books, when I finished the second one the third wasn't out so I had to wait aaages :eek:
    Stayed up all night reading the end of the last one (and crying!)

    I used to work in the botanic garden where some of the scenes are set. People used to ask us which bench was the special one.

    The actual bench doesn't really exist :(

    It's a cool garden though. Tolkien's favourite tree is there too.
