Why the fuck did this thread come back?!?! Clothes are a worthless topic of discussion, except for those involving polka-dots and leopard-print.

I shop at old lady stores. How hardcore is that?

 

Always easy to find clothes. You look like you just hit it big in vegas in 1976 or something.

 

I know... The best thing is when some very old woman passes me by and mutters, "ooh, I don't think that style has traveled out our way just yet".

Yeah, they're harrrd-core.

But clothes are just to have fun with. They aren't really important at all. It amazes me that people are willing to pay hundreds of dollars for clothes, purses, shoes, etc. There's so many better things to spend money on.

So you don't have to rip them yourself by using them as clothing you actually wear.

A true hippy will never refer to themselves as a hippy.. "hippy" is not a clothing trend, or a fashion statement, its a state of mind, a state of being, many of you youngsters still need to grasp that concept! Dont look at someone for what they wear, or who they hang out with, look at that person from the inside out and you'll see what I mean.

 

i know. whenever some preps or ghettos ask me if im a hippy, i say "what do you think" im not gonna advertize it, besides my long hair and countless beatles shirts.

 

i mean, those things are just cool.

 

Ive found that hippys are people who do whatever the hell they want.

 

I don't look at people's clothings... but... I don't get why people aren't able to understand that it isn't about a clothing trend at all. It's about who you are as an individual... and you don't have to be anything besides yourself to be an individual.
