hippie nicknames?

My name in those long ago days was Gigi. I have no idea why....

 

Dad's name was Dancing Can. He used to always do this dance when he was high on pot (hence the "Can" for cannibis part of his name). He calls me grasshopper. Idk why.

 

my name is 'petal' ...while some others just prefer to call me 'hippie' or 'gypsy'

 

mine is space ranger and my good friend and traveling partner goes by rascal

 

where's this I wasn't born yet but know I was there shit come from? just cause it aint the 60ies doesn't mean there isnt crap going on, there are still hippies, the country is still in a big war we cant win, people are still mean to each other, theres some good music but mostly a lot of bad, if you want to get beaten up at a protest rally by a pig in riot gear then knock yourself out, nothing's really changed, just things have got more modern looking.

 

Old T.V. show with David Carradine ~ "Kung Fu." The older, wiser mentor always called the young D.C. 'grasshopper.'

They usually call me 'The Hippie' or ' Hard Rock ' or ' Blackout Joe ' ( When I smoke buds with my buds, they ask for a shot, and I give the best shots in all of Holland, I promise! )

 

Frog ---still here at 61, remebering some from the strip Vizzy , Fleahead , Weasel , Cookie , Holder , Vito ---many more but the use of too much Vial, purple caps, Orange Sunshine and C Tabs prevents me from remembering until fast asleep at 3 AM.

Mine is Rivier [ree-veer], which is Dutch for River (guess you figured that out already). Although not many people call me like that. Me and my best friend gave each other names, don't remember why or when. A long time ago. I gave her the name Wind (means the same in Dutch), she gave me mine. I chose hers because she really does me thinking of a strong wind. She flies across everything, notices everything. I was called Rivier because I love water and feel like I am home when I am ever near to a river. Doesn't matter how big. I think we both have a lot in common with our names.
