I went to prom in 1977 and 1978. We wore Gunne Sax dresses to prom back then...and Candies.

I wore this dress my senior year and these shoes.

I don't have this dress, nor the shoes.

I kept two other Gunne Sax dresses from that time though.

 

We didn't have a prom.. just a school disco..

My kids did though.. last time I seen my daughter in a dress
