i used to have a nice courdoroy patchwork one i made, and i lined it so it was super toasty. now i dont have a coat, so i just dress in a ton of layers. and moving down to savannah helped a bit.

I have a Paddington Bear style coat. It's knee length, with a hood, made of wool with funky antler buttons. It's super warm. I found it at the Salvation Army for $10. I have another awesome coat, a lighter one for warmer days. It's a black pullover, with embroidery and ribbon details. I bought it at Value Village for $15.

I don't own a coat. I have a couple of ponchos that are pretty warm. The other thing I use is a wrap that I made. You get a couple of yards of fleece fabric. How much depends on how tall you are and how long you want the wrap to be. Then you fold it in half the short way. Cut up the middle until you reach almost to the fold. Then just hem all the way around. I have one that is double thick that I wear when it's really really cold. It is longer, thicker, and has a pocket on the inside for keys and stuff.

I'm gonna try to draw it but I'm not sure how it will turn out.

The solid piece goes in back. The split pieces go over your shoulders and hang down in front. You can put a clasp on the front to hold it closed. When I made one for my son I put clips on the sides to hold them together.

It's a great coat, doesn't cost much, and you can choose the fabrics and colors.

Okay so the picture didn't come out exactly right. The right hand side is supposed to be closed just like the left hand side. But the spcing won't come out right.

yeah then you get a nice "zip zop zip zop" sound instead of a "swish swish swish swish" sound. its all about the music. maybe ill make another on and go out a walk with ya, zip zop with some swish swish, we'd make some cool hip hop music together.
