Hip Forums vs Facebook

since facebook has my friends on it - i'd say it was better naturally.

 

me too..I always have FB open on other tabs 24/7 but often close this one

I've avoided facebook since my impression is that is full of keeping up with the joneses bullshit, a lot of faking and very superficial in general

on the other hand, folks say it's a good way to stay in touch with people that you kinda know but wouldn't talk to otherwise

I like the fact hipforums is anonymous, but I did like it more when I was younger, to be honest. First came here 10 years ago, came back recently and it's OK, not nothing like it was.
Facebook is driving me crazy, I end up on there and I don't know why. I am going to restrict myself to checking it once a week once I have moved to my boyfriends city and don't need FB to easily keep in touch with him.
I would still choose Facebook, out of the two, however.

One of them is a social network where I talk to people I now and the other is a message board where I go purely just for fun. There is no comparison between the two sites.
