Rather than attack the messenger, how about you bring forth some contrary evidence that the DNC played this one honestly?

 

As far as I know you need to be a citizen to vote... Seems like that's a law or something like that.

 

Yeah, what kind of person risks their ability to practice law in order to help the weak and defenseless. You're so right.

Bernie was polling in double digits against Trump while Hillary was in a dead heat with him. Bernie would have kicked Trump's ass. Nobody cares that he's Jewish. Nobody cares that he's a socialist. He kicks ass and we all loved him and all would have voted for him.

The only way he would have lost is if immature, butt-hurt Hillary supporters refused to vote for him even though he was clearly the superior candidate.

 

Yet for some reason, one end of the spectrum says it should be ok to vote without a government issue photo ID that lists a physical address, date of birth, height, weight, etc. And that voters should be able to vote with a Student ID even though foreign exchange students have them too. And that voter ID laws are racist. Mexico has strict voter ID laws, yet its easier for a Mexican citizen to vote in America than it is to vote in their home land.

The article only states that voterfraud.org, or whatever, tweeted that 3 million illegal immigrants voted. The burden of proof would be on them and i'm not sure they could prove it in 160 characters or less.

It's not the lawyer's decision to make. Don't like our system? Don't become a lawyer. You're going to end up with some clients that you'd rather not have. This is not anything new.

Of course it's the lawyer's decision to make. You don't have to defend anyone. Yes, you'll lose your job, but that's just tough shit. It's a cruel world. Hard decisions must be made. If you go out of your way to defend a forty year-old man who rapes a twelve year-old girl, that's totally on your head. It doesn't matter if you're a lawyer or not. Being a lawyer doesn't excuse you from making upstanding moral choices.

 

Or you can decide whether or not you want that kind of career before you take it. That's what a person of reasonable intelligence would do.

Moonglow, I won't have my animals chipped either...I'm not exactly sure why I came to this conclusion; but, I decided it several years ago.

I have recently begun having blood pressure issues so I'm going to have to go to a doctor...and frankly having to go to the doctor for bp meds scare me almost more than the blood pressure...although I'm really wanting to avoid a stroke or heart attack.

Seriously...I would not do it, a it is a foreign matter that my animals do not need them to survive every day life....I am not talking knee replacements, etc. foreign matter....which none of them need.
