Can anyone imagine if a Republican had a home computer for government work?
How does this answer the freedom of information act?

To be fair this comment is probably taken out of context. Maybe she was focussing on civilian victims in particular? I think she's aware the far majority of soldiers are male :p (not saying male civilians are victims in war and die too but at least it wasn't common practice to rape them. Besides after all the men died in involuntarily service, yeps not saying they aren't victims at all, often the women were left with the pieces).

You mean like Jeb Bush, Governor Scott Walker, Senator Marco Rubio, Governor Chris Christie, Gov. Rick Perry, Gov. Bobby Jindal, the Bush/Cheney millions of lost emails, Rep. Trey Gowdy, Colin Powell, and Condoleezza Rice?

As for the Freedom of Information Act see what I previously posted:

    As to the FOIA:
    Quote
Note that Henry Kissinger is a Republican

I don't know the first goddamn thing about encryption or computer security.

I have known for awhile that my emails were being hacked.....and that is way before i even joined this forum...I did not know it at first...and felt very violated when I found out......It feels like rape.....That is the way it feels......and if some can hack into emails.....then everyone should be able to.....what is fair for one should be fair for all....is my belief.....
Someone wants to invade my proivacy, and I am aware of that now....have been for a few years now....I won't say anything now in any email...i would not say to the rest of the world.

and I WOULD NOT WANT TO READ ANYONE'S PRIVATE DIARIES, EVEN IF I COULD!!!!!!!

I have years of my mom's private diaries here. She never offered them to me to read while she was alive...i am not reading them. i glanced at a few sporadic pages here and there that I opened by chance and saw a few things to get the essence of her at the time...and put them away for safe keeping. If my brother wants them....fine...i have no interest in pouring over them. I just saw enough to get a a better sense of who she really was at the time.

I have been in tears for two days now.

Bernie has also moved her platform and the democratic party's platform firmly to the left where it should be, but the real question is will she follow through on her campaign promises or will she be beholden to her corporate donors?

And wasn't endorsing the number 1 democratic candidate the pragmatic thing to do anyway? It's not because she's so awesome. It's because he lost and he doesn't want Trump (or another republican) either.

Not really. I liked how Ron Paul refused to endorse McCain or Romney after he lost the primary to both of them in '08 and '12. He wouldn't give into the establishment.

Different election, different situation. Do you regard Bernie as a sellout now because he endorsed Clinton? What could he achieve if he didn't?

If Clinton looses every proposal Bernie put forward is dead.

The only way forward for progressives is through Clinton, any none Clinton vote only puts Trump one step closer to the nuclear button. Bernie knows this, he's not selling out, he's being realistic.
To not endorse Clinton would cost her votes, to stay in the race would have cost her votes and may have caused her to move to the right to attract Trump votes.
By his endorsement he gained her support of much of his educational, healthcare, and trade proposals.

If Sanders supporters now rally behind Clinton and push her and the Democratic party in general toward more reform he will have succeeded on a grand scale.
If they refuse to vote for Clinton, because they don't like her...as if we're still in Junior High...or worse vote for Trump; we can look forward to a return to the policies of torture, isolationism, trade wars, more tax breaks for the rich, significant reduction in health care availability and Medicare, an end to gay rights, racial and religious persecution, the defunding of Planned Parenthood, the end of the EPA and other regulatory agencies, more attacks on public schools, teachers, and unions......on and on.
And Bernie will have failed, worse he will aggravated the situation by having entered the race in the first place.

Don't forget Trump would make cuts to social security. Nothing like seeing Grandma and Grandpa homeless along with the disabled.

Only if she really incorporates a few of the things she's supposed to take over.

About Clinton being the only way for progressives to move forward... Yeah, at this moment. Because the so called progressive voters fucked themselves in the butt by voting out of fear and not for real change (which was entirely possible!)

Of course, only if she incorporates those things, if Congress allows or generates laws to support them, if the Supreme Court upholds them, and if the public demands them.

The progressives have to remember that Sanders might not have been able to beat Trump once the Republican smear canons were turned on him.

You go with what you got. We have Clinton, time to rally around the flag pole and get the job done!

Saw Hillary Clinton on television, speaking in Atlantic City, NJ, at a podium in from of a closed Trump Casino along the Ocean, great optics.

Hilly spoke of Donald Trump, of excess borrowing, default and bankruptcy. The failures of Atlantic City and of Mr. Trump's casino.

I say " Hold that thought " I would like to hear of excess borrowing and bankruptcy in Stockton, Detroit and Purto Rico. Tell me about potential default in Chicago, California and New Jersey.

safe link@ breitbart Hillary's 1 million Muslim March

Estimated costs to taxpayers: 400BB @1 million Muslims in the first 4 years of a Hillary presidency, which is an absurd promise to begin with. In 12 ( 01-2013) years the US have let in 1.5MM+ Muslims, just to put this lunacy into perspective, which Paul Ryan has somewhat agreed to the last year or so. Apparently he is doing his best to be ousted as Speaker, or he's genuinely this stupid.
