I can hike shirt less but I need my pants. Sweaty nether regions that allow for a solid attraction of the inevitable trail dust plus the awful feeling one gets from getting a nice snap to the dick by a springy sapling have made me a fan of pants in a wilderness setting. Im all for nude lounging but on the move protection is nice.
