High protein flax pancakes

    per serving:

    1 tbsp ground flax
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/8 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp honey/sweetener

    whisk all ingredients and let sit 1 min. cook on hot buttered griddle. :D

    when i make these now, i use stevia to sweeten.

    i mix up the pancakes in the blender and then add two drops (no more! be really careful with the stevia too much makes for a bitter licorice taste) per cup of batter. omit the honey.
