Good Forum My name is keith, I am 43 years old and always been into outdoor living. Presently live on a large plot of land in N.C. Believe it or not, I'm Retired from the Army in 2003. 19 of my 21 years was spent in Special Forces, 7th SFG. Most of those years spent living in South America. Yes I am a ex Green Beret. No, I am not some war mongering ultra right wing Conservative. The reason I loved Special Forces was. Unlike the regular Army. We could go where we wanted when in other countries. I been to every famous sight in South America. Climbed mountains, visited Indian ruins...etc. Every chance I get I hike into the National Forest of NC and camp. I am currently working in South America again, six month contract. But as a civilian this time. I am not Latin. Cauc white man all the way. I also enjoy guns and Military history. To bad if that offends people. I also been to several survival schools. Both Military and civilian. Hope I can contribute. Once again I am not here to discuss political beliefs.
