accent
idiolect
dialect
sociolect

its a mixture of those four. but in plain english "different places develop different ways of talking"

 

Yeah, english people are the only ones that really speak english like it's supposed to be spoken I feel like a complete asshole for chewing up your language and running it over with an old volkswagon.
