Hi From South Africa

Hi everybody,

I found you all while looking for a dreadlock forum and see there are lots of other interesting topics here as well. I'm new to locs - have only had them about a month and looking for some help.

I'm an American living in South Africa - an artist, writer, dreamer, survivor, wife, animal and planet earth activist, and an aging hippie chick. I'm a mom to two cats, live about 10 minutes from a colony of wild penguins, and have met and got to know a troop of baboons who lived in the mountains behind our house. I love talking all things philosophy and am an avid explorer of the mind.

Oops I went the opposite direction to where you stay with my guess. Yes I'm in Bloubergstrand

 

All I know is Cape Town and Cape St. Francis. Oh, and Durban. Most surfers and shark geeks know these places. Anyway, welcome to the forums.
