I say it is already decriminalized, at least for some places, minnesota cops seem to almost not care. Also idk how many of you watch new movies, but my gf works at a movie rental place, so we get free movies, and there are alotta movies with weed in them, and most of them are new. Meaning you might make the correlation to say its becoming more common/accepted within culture.

Small amounts of Marijuana is Washingtons lowest priority, which is pretty damn close to decriminalized, but not quite.

I doubt we will see it legal or decriminalized soon, I mean how many pro-marijuana commericals do you see a day? compared to how many anti-drug (mostly dealing with pot) you see in a day?

I don't believe I have ever seen a legalize or decriminalize commercial ever.

im pretty sure that in most parts of canada, the laws have changed a bit....its like possession of a gram or 2 only warrants getting like a 100$ ticket now

I think if some organization started putting out commercials on the REAL facts of marijuana, it will turn some heads

NORML tried to do that, but were stopped. They wanted to put ads on the side of buses in DC. I think we might see some pretty radical reform in cannabis laws in the next 20 years. There are many highly educated people speaking out against the laws, and they are working the legal system as well.

no... see i've been smokin for a good... 7+ years... and welll i've lived in minnesota alomst my whole smokin life... they never have bothered us about it... seems most people around here dont mind it... you can smoke buds in some of the bars where i live with no problems... walk down the street smokin and not worry about it.. minnesota is a nice chill place for marijuana use... plus its decriminalized up to 42.5g... meaning i'll only get a minor ticket.. which will keep my record clean... what i dont under stand is minnesota has DUID laws and if they find any trace of marijuana use.. you will be ticketed.. aint that retarded... i have yet to met anyone who has taken a DUID test in minnesota... just breathalizers
