I love it, I don't look like the stereotypical hippie because I don't have dreads, long hair, or any tie-dye. I think I pull off more of a emo-meets-punk-slash-sk8r look I rock.
I guess I'm stereotypical.. liking tie dye, flowy skirts and barefeet. plus an obsession with dreads, and long haired boys. ... But I like a lot of random other crap too. eh.
No. Being what you described above makes you a tool. It's the attitude. You can look the part, but if you get all teeny-bopper about it - you're a tool.
let me put it this way - we can fix the special olympics and you could probably win every single down syndrome event.
first of all, i do not like john lennon. secondly, i am gonna be studying hippies and counterculture at school next year. thirdly, i am not a poser because i know i am not a true hippie, and i dont even know what a true hippie really is. i just want to be associated with them. so u can hate me if you like, but i think ure a dick for saying that u hate me without even knowing why im here.
you dont want to be looked down upon here, than dont label and be all "wow i just want to meet people like you" we're not monkeys in the zoo. don't study us. just be like you are with anyone else. at least i assume you dont label your friends.
yeah, i am a dick, probably. but things like this make you sound so lame that if i saw you in real life, i'd probably start chucking rocks at you.
