I am not so sure about the love advice, but you will find plenty of interesting people on this site, chatting about almost everything known to man and probably a few things yet to be discovered.
I generally steer clear of answering love related questions. Love is so personal and can take so many directions. In addition, we are only hearing one side of the story. I do occasionally comment that in my experience most successful relationships start in a work related environment, where people see others in their true colors. I have explained on a few occasions that this need not be someone working for the same company and could include someone serving them in a shop or servicing their car. I also believe that friendship can develop into love, but the reverse is rarely true.
i'm still pretty good friends with one of my exes, but i also wouldn't say we were ever "in love." so that might make a difference.
