because they were morons about it, went in WITHOUT the proper papers, and felt like they were fine to do that they went in as private citizens, with journalistic intentions Seriously you think that's a valid point?
I really wish I could pinpoint the interview in which he discusses the measures he took to hide his identity and pose as someone else right now. When I find it I'll share it with you. I really don't think North Korea openly accepts any journalists whatsoever, I'm not sure how confident you are with your statement that all it requires is tedious paperwork. I know that you are not allowed to have a camera and being caught with one is risking life and limb. Even if he did manage to get in through tedious paperwork, if you're in North Korea you're completely at the mercy of a tiny, tyrannical dictator named Kim Jong-il and that crazy little fucker could and would have you tortured to death if he thought doing so provided some benefit to him or if you posed any threat whatsoever or if he's having a bad day because he broke his giant sunglasses. Can you put your hands on the names of any journalists that have been to North Korea _techie?
I know this might sound corny. But, I've recently started studying Gandhi's life and work and I'm in total hero worship here. All my views he expressed in better more stiking words. And he worked his whole life to take those views and make things better for those who should have been conscidered less then him. Mahatma Gandhi is totally my hero.
lol, i was lucky enough to see that guy live before he died. unfortunately i smoked 2 joints to myself before the show so i couldn't follow a word he said.
