i never did like speedballs - i'm not sure why. i just liked to go down.....
so that is probably why - LOL
same reason i don't like speed or coke. i want to be comfortable when i am high not nervous or paranoid and coke and speed just make me uncomfortable.

i hate stimulants too! actually hate them with a passion! however shooting a speedball isnt like shooting coke alone! Id never take any stimulant without following it with a downer or taking it with a downer? do you like ketamine?

    i've never tried ketamine.
the one time i tried a speed ball i didn't like the feeling of the coke rush and then the slamming to a stop feeling.... hard to explain... but it scared me
i much prefer the warm comfortable opiate rush mmmm
now i just do poppy pod tea and not much of that - but since i was an H addict for many, many years i'm just glad to not be addicted to H or methadone.
these days i can't imagine shooting anything.

i guess i mean the opiate rush coming on at the end..... about the time i was about to jump out the window...
i don't know - but i just didn't like it.... it was too different to go together for me anyway....
much prefer the warm comfy feeling alone... but i don't shoot any drugs anymore just dabble in poppy pod tea now...

It's different in every person. I've heard from someone that their friend tried it once and got hooked, I've read scar tissue, [autobiography] and anthony didn't get addicted until three months after using cocaine and heroin. And yes, I agree that trying it once will not kill you. Maybe getting hooked that first time and eventually dying may.
But on the other side, I don't think that something that makes you get black streaks on your arm is very good for you body. And I don't see withdrawl symptoms like that from many other things. I didn't get withdrawl symptoms when I became vegetarian! Yet you feel like you want to die when you get heroin withdrawals. Okay. maybe I shouldn't be comparing food with drugs. But you get the idea.

I have a feeling I wouldn't like anything resembling a speedball either. I hate drugs that don't taper off, or send you back down below where you were to begin with. Ugh... crashes are so unnecessary :D

btw, wtf does it mean if somebody can do like 7 lines of coke without crashing? I met a guy that said he experienced no "come down", which I thought was unavoidable?

IT happens more than you think, i had a friend who never had a comedown, personally i cant stand it, its the worst feeling ive ever experienced in my life... so now i follow my coke with heroin, my amphetamines with benzos and my ecstasy with ketamine... prblem solved..

I call BS. With long term use, XTC can lead to deterioration of the serotonin receptors in the brain, decreasing your ability to feel good even with drugs. It can also lead to overheating and dehydration. I'd venture to say that responsible, controlled use of heroin would be less harmful to the body than responsible, controlled use of XTC.

personally after knowing lots of people who have used H for upwards of 20 years versus people who have used meth, and other drugs - the H users are in far better physical and mental shape - LOL
i don't know about XTC though - but it seems pretty hard on your body- at least it made me feel pretty worn out after using it just one time.

MDMA is all about moderation, simple as that. A responsible, moderate user, would not see any negative results of MDMA use.

not really, moderation is the key to everything... even excercising, reading and eating healthy... anything done excessively can be bad... and yes there is such a thing as moderate heroin or cocaine use, however u can slip into an addiction easily...

Yea I really don't see how there can be any negative effects from any drug if used responsibly

i first snorted heroin because it was free. i'm a sucker for free drugs. after that though i started buying it here and there because i liked the effects and didn't want to pay $55 for an 0.c.80. i thought that heroin was a pretty big deal and could fuck up my life, but i saw some of my friends shooting it and there lives were under control so i didn't think it would be a problem for me. after a few months of snorting heroin and countless attempts of my so called friends trying to get me to shoot it, i did. it was wonderful, such a rush. my friends told me how snorting it and shooting it were a night and day difference and they were right. there is no feeling that can even come close to injecting heroin into your vein.
i was only shooting once a week trying to be responsible with it, but for me, with that drug, it was really difficult to turn down especially when it was right in front me. so my usage increased, but i still didn't see any negative consequences as a result of doing heroin. my girlfriend at the time started shooting a little after when i did and she got pretty bad with it quick. she didn't have a job and was doing little hustles here and there to support her habit. usually she would support my habit even though i had plenty of money to buy the stuff. i just felt guilty or maybe felt like a junkie paying for the dope.
my life was still going really smooth. i was steadily in a heroin daze and everything came easy. when i went to work it was fun and would go by quick, i would have sex for hours, and i had relatively no stress in my life. That all came to an end when I got caught on a store surveillance camera shooting dope in my car in the parking lot. I was thrown in jail for the weekend and that’s when I first experienced withdrawals. The funny thing about that was when I was d-ting I didn’t even realize that it was because I didn’t have dope in my system, I thought maybe it was nerves or just being in an environment that I wasn’t familiar in.
When I was released the only thing on my mind was scoring some drugs and that’s what I did. That’s when I knew that doing heroin was more than something to do for fun. I definitely craved it and despite the legal trouble I faced I continued to use on a daily basis.
I had been injecting dope for about a year and by that time I was shooting about $40-$100 of dope a day, lost a good friend because of that drug, and began to sell bags of heroin because my $17 an hour job couldn’t meet my drug intake any longer. I’ve sold drugs for a few years and liked to do it, so selling heroin was an easy way to make money and live the lifestyle that I was comfortable in. But no matter how much money I made it was never enough and what made buying heroin so appealing in the beginning was how cheap it is. When I first started doing it I would pay $10 for a dime, do half, be extremely high for about two hours and high for another five. Now I would do $90 worth in one shot and the high would last about an hour or two.
I was addicted to heroin for three years. I’ve been clean from that drug for about nine months now. I believe that nothing positive can come out of doing heroin. I had the same ideas as some of you in regards to doing it recreationally and responsibly, but nine times out of 10 a person is going to go overboard and get hooked. Trust me I’ve seen it. I’ve lost those years of my life to that drug. I have been put in jail and probation for the things I did to get the drug. To me now there’s so much more to life than sticking a needle in my arm. Don’t get me wrong I would love to do it again and the option is always available to me, but looking back at all the bullshit I went through and all the pain I put on my family and friends I would be insane and selfish to ever try it again.
I’m not saying that whoever has done heroin or whoever will in the future will have an outcome like mine, but I’ve seen a lot of people try heroin and not be able to stop. In some cases there stories ended in death, a few are in prison, and I’ve lost contact with the others so who knows where they are. I agree that drug usage in moderation is good. I never came across a drug I didn’t like and I‘ve tried most of them(although salvia is borderline too intense for me because one time my face started peeling off lol: ) All I’m saying is there are numerous ways to get high and doing heroin isn’t a very smart or safe decision.
