You are most likely partially right. This thread's topic just happened to me while I was still posting in this thread.
Many people read what they thought I didn't say, instead of what I did say and meant!

This thread may have combined with that thread to make me make the thread in question. Wow, that sentence was a doozy =P

We wouldn't even be able to think without words think about that one. Because when we think, we use words. I even use words in my dreams too, so dreams would suck without words too lol.

Words go hand in hand with thought in most ways yes. But thought is not dependent on words to be expressed. Classical music, sculpture and painted canvas. Those are all thoughts, man.

In deep meditation when you can bring your mind to a empty stillness, you will be overwhelmed by wordless thought. Buddhist monks and shit, bro. Figadeal me?

When I've had my hardest drug trips, my inner dialog (thought type A) went silent. And I realized many things I will never be able to properly describe in words.

Exactly. Words are a big part of our minds, theres no way around that. But people can use their minds in any way and see things clearly as they actually are, to the point where ideas such as words and other systems of society become irrelevent, and all there is is pure awesomeness of the experience itself. I learned this by playing video games, snowboarding, driving, and these things with music, everything just becomes simply an idea, and the idea depends strictly on who is percieving it, and whoever is watching that perciever.
Idk how much sense that made but its my opinion ;)

At least two on the list were used at this event. Maybe more. :)

    Excerpts:

WASHINGTON — Demonstrators outside the U.S. Capitol , angry over the proposed health care bill, shouted "******" Saturday at U.S. Rep. John Lewis , a Georgia congressman and civil rights icon who was nearly beaten to death during an Alabama march in the 1960s.

Protestors also used a slur as they confronted Rep. Barney Frank , D- Mass. , an openly gay member of Congress . A writer for Huffington Post said the crowd called Frank a "faggot."

Yahoo News actually said ****** and faggot. I am so glad.

    Terrible, terrible story however.

Do they really expect to gain support for their cause by acting hateful towards those that can help them?

Their ignorant hate validated the politician's belief that those against universal healthcare have ulterior motive - other than the welfare of the country. I'm sure many do, but the majority, both informed and ignorant - are legitimately worried by ideas proposed in the various versions.

I thought this part was funny, in the context of this forum:
"They were shouting, sort of harassing," Lewis said. "But, it's okay, I've faced this before. It reminded me of the 60s. It was a lot of downright hate and anger and people being downright mean."
