Maybe where you are from it is like that, but no in Illinois. I have to pay $670 a month for my daughter's child support. I have no problem doing so, but it really upsets me because I have joint custody, my daughter is with me more that her mother and I still have to pay child support. Now that's fucked up!

Are the laws in general slanted as far as support in the mothers favour. Yes.

Are there fathers who do not live up to their obligation, not only as far as funds but also simply raising those children if things do not work out between parents. Yes. Are there mothers who do the same and have little or no regard for their children......damn, yes.

We don't own little angel wings based upon gender, there are shitty mom's too.

This thread is about support. The custodial parent is the one who usually is paid the largest portion of support. The way the system works. I have no issue with that unless it is not being used for the kids in general. Be that to provide shelter or whatever is reasonable as an expense.

The problem is that there are many who are the custodial parent who simply do not give a damn. Not all.......but many. That is also a huge part of the problem with the system is that to resolve that is impossible for the parent who knows that the children are not being taken care of.

Anyone who thinks differently has either never dealt with the system and are talking out of their arse or are clueless when it come to what is right and what is able to be proven in a court of law.

From what i've read here so far, divorce is horrible especially when kids are used as leverage. I hope when i have kids my lady stays by my side. I hope she isnt uptight about sex either. I want to wear her out, so i think i should date a younger woman so she can keep up. I wanna die with a boner. Not inside her, that would be creepy. Maybe watching a porno or something.

 

The statement here is not exactly clear to me so, please, correct me if I'm wrong. Are you saying that most (not all....but many) custodial parents don't give a damn about their kids?
