Hemp for omega 3???

That's awesome Bumble...where did you finally find it? I love to support all the hemp food companies out there and help them grow their business, and get my omega 3's in the process


Hemp oil is not a cooking oil according to the Nutiva bottle... but it's great for things like salad or pasta or on steamed vegetables, etc. It tastes amazing, and I would actually say it tastes better than olive oil.
