there's gonna be a movie on in 30 mins. (around here) anyways about Charles Manson. i cant wait to watch it.

I am going to watch it. I watched Helter Skelter before, i am guessing it was the older version. It is my opinion that it stayed pretty much on track of the truth, at least the older one did, i am going to guess that the one on tonight is just a re-make of the older movie?

but i cant wait to watch it.

 

I've been seeing the previews aired on commercials for the past week. I might watch it. I'm not really into TV movies, but I guess I'll have to watch and find out.

 

There is an original Helter Skelter from 1976, which is a classic docudrama. The one airing tonight is a new, made-for-TV version which probably won't be as good.

 

I make it my business to never watch a made for TV movie. But since it is not a cheesy love story with bad music, it might not be so awful.

Charlie Manson is a loon. I was about 15 when all that went down. I remember it quite well.


This is a remake of an earlier movie based on a book by the same name..."Helter Skelter".

 

i've seen a charles manson movie once..i think it's that same one, not sure though

my lovely mother taped it for me, so i plan on watching it sometime later tonight. looks interesting.

 

I was going to watch it last night but I was running around so much this weekend that I forgot it was on! I really did want to give it a watch... I ended up seeing the Simpsons instead...

 

I've seen the originial. They always put that out when he's up for parole lol.

okay....so i have a question....do you think that the girl who wrote helter skelter in blood knew that she was spelling the word helter wrong or do you think that's how they wanted it spelled?

 

Well, I watched it, and thought that it was pretty good.
I want to see the original though, or maybe read the book.
Has anyone here read that book? Was is good?
