Thanks Josie, Hugs! I'll remember that tip. You do have a good point whenever I have cramps I tend to tense my whole body up and curl my toes. So I'll try to remain relaxed next time.
Your welcome moonbeam...this type of relaxation is almost an art and will require your practice. It will come in handy down the road when you are in labor...same thing, the pain invites us to thrash around and tense up. I've given birth 5 times naturally without pain medications and it's the same philosophy. If it helps you feel any better, just having a baby will decrease your cramps. These days my cramps are most uneventful. If we want to look at this naturally, your pain is somewhat of a preparation for the real thing! Good luck again! <hugs> Paz, Josie
