Help with brf tek recipe

i got the recipe its 1/4 cup brown rice flour, 1/2 cup verm and 1/4 water, When i am making the mix do i put it in this particular order 1/4 cup. brown rice flour first then 1/4 cup. water then 1/2 cup. verm, or do i put 1/2 verm then 1/4 water then 1/4 brown rice flour ? Does the order really matter? Im just asking cause ive read both ways and i am unsure of this.. Thanks alot !

 

i didn't realize that there was such a thing as barf technology, let alone recipes for it.

 

Uhm its (brf) not barf? It means brown rice flour its a tek and in case u dont know what tek means it means Technique

 

I was gonna say something like I always barf on shrooms, but i didnt know they developed technology directly for that

 

Order doesn't matter but i usually mix the dry ingredients first and then add the water
